Getting to Know You
Englishman Richard Westbrook will race for Corvette Racing at Le Mans for the fourth consecutive year.
As he has since 2012, Westbrook will join Oliver Gavin and Tommy Milner. Trio won
Sebring 12 Hours in 2012. Westbrook has established himself as a standout in top-tier
international sports car competition. He won the FIA GT2 championship in 2009 and is a
former factory driver for Porsche. In the U.S., he will race on a full-time basis for Spirit of
Daytona in a Corvette Daytona Prototype as part of the TUDOR United SportsCar
Championship.

Career Download
Westbrook has established himself as a standout in top-tier international sports car
competition. He won the FIA GT2 championship in 2009, and scored podium finishes in
24-hour races at Le Mans (third in GT2) and Daytona (third overall) in 2010. A two-time
Porsche Supercup champion (2006-07), Westbrook notched an ALMS GT2 victory at
Road America in 2008. He has competed in the Spa and Nurburgring endurance races,
selected ALMS and GRAND-AM events in the U.S., and the FIA GT1 championship. In
2012, he finished third at Sebring with Gavin and Milner.
Westbrook is a keen cook and trained at the Victoria Centre in London, famous as the
grad school of Jamie Oliver. He and his wife celebrated birth of their first child –
daughter Amelia – in late January following the Rolex 24 At Daytona.
